Taking bookings for the 2022 season!
The bin(s) will be cleaned on the day you select for your booking. Please leave the bin(s) at the curb until the cleaning has been completed. In the event that the bin(s) is/are not cleaned on the day that it is emptied by the city, someone from our team will contact you to schedule the bin cleaning on the following day. Unless otherwise noted by the customer, we expect the bin(s) to be emptied and accessible for cleaning. Bins that are not emptied and/or inaccessible may result in a cancellation fee.
We do not set specific times to arrive, but rather arrive on the day you selected for the booking. We will arrive between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to clean your bin(s).
One time cleaning cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to 50% of the service fee.
Bi-Weekly and Monthly cleaning
Signing up for Bi-Weekly and Monthly cleaning requires the client to receive 6 cleanings before cancellation. If canceled before 6 cleanings are completed, a $40 one time fee will be charged. Canceling after 6 cleanings are completed, client will not incur a $40 fee.
Any damage caused during a Wheelie Bin Doctors cleaning must be documented (picture, video, etc) and reported within 2 calendar days (48 hours) after the date of the original appointment. Please be advised that claims reported after 2 calendar days will not be considered.
If you are not completely satisfied with your bin cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will happily return to re-clean your bin(s) at no charge.
