What do I need to do on the service date?

Based on your method of payment you will proceed differently.


  1. Cash: On the day of service, we will collect the cash in person
  2. Cheque: Can be mailed to us or we will collect the cheque in person
  3. E-transer or Paypal: send payment to wheeliebindoctors@gmail.com

Leave your bin(s) to your curb-side on your requested service date. Be sure to leave your bin(s) empty until after cleaning and we will return them to their spot.

Absolutely not! Our cleaning unit is designed to contain the dirt and most of the excess water.

If you’re unhappy for any reason, you can cancel your service at any time minus a cancellation fee.

How do we clean the bins?

We use high-pressure water to blast away the dirt and grime build-up from your bins with our mobile cleaning trailer. We capture all the dirty water during the cleaning process leaving no mess in your front yard. After the cleaning, we disinfect your bins with our environmentally friendly and biodegradable disinfectant. Lastly, we deodorize your bins leaving them with a fresh and clean smell.
